At Sandra Romero Patisserie, the passion for artisanal pastry has led us to create a universe of unique sweets, made with the utmost care and the best raw materials. Our team, based in Ponferrada, works with a single mission: to offer products that excite and leave a mark in every bite. We are proud to be pioneers in the region, creating our own registered recipes such as the iconic Happycao, the endearing Rosca del Mago Chalupa, or our Solidarity Cookie, with which, year after year, we collaborate in the fight against breast cancer. In addition, we have become ambassadors of Quality Foods of El Bierzo, always betting on the best products from our land. Each creation that leaves our workshop is a reflection of our history, our dedication, and our love for pastry.
