This establishment was created with the intention of filling a nearly empty gap in one of the lands where some of the best wines in the world are produced. And the fact is that “DO Bierzo is not a promise, but a reality.

Bierzo wine enjoys very good health and ‘fights’ in all the great ‘arenas’ of the national panorama.” For this reason, at El Salgueral they are committed to supporting different projects, taking “quality” as a priority, which, they acknowledge, is not always incompatible with price.

Among its more than 350 references you can find everything from major brands to smaller projects and unique wines.
