Mirador de la Tebaida

In the heart of the Montes Aquilianos stands this spectacular viewpoint located at Alto de la Cruz. The structure recreates the doorway of the Mozarabic church of Peñalba de Santiago and features a quote from the work España Sagrada, written by Father Enrique Florez.

It is a corten steel structure placed at a strategic point from which visitors can admire Peñalba de Santiago, Montes de Valdueza, and the Montes Aquilianos, among other landmarks. There is also a bench where visitors can sit and contemplate the beauty of the landscape.
